Stefgrifon,
We would need additional information to accurately determine the issue that is occurring. Would you export a support bundle from the MD3200i and then upload it to upload. dell. com, and once you upload it would you private message me the svc tag used to upload, so that I may locate the logs for review?
Let me know.

This is the most common error on MD series boxes, no need to worry about it, it usually happens when any of your VD is switched to another controller which is not the primary one on which the VD is created.
there is no impact on production due to that, one of the solutions is already provided by you, and another one is reboot the controller and the failover went to the original controller

Hi @Stefgrifon,
08.20.24.60 should be the latest.
You can find any downloads on MD3200i here: https://dell.to/3FCAOu5

It depends actually cause if the system is stable and working perfectly and the Firmware is updated 2-6 months back then there is no need to update(If your system is out of warranty)
Cause sometimes if updating the firmware will cause any kind of issue then it will a challenge for you to
open a ticket with OEM.
