MD3000 Raid Controller Module Memory Parity Error

MD3000 has two controllers. One of the controller failed. SO I replaced it with an used, but working controller. All errors are gone, except one "RAID Controller Module Memory Consistency Error".

Recovery Guru recommends steps which I followed without luck.

Looking for help in this forum.

Hello Paul,

What you may need to do is on the replacement controller to pull the raid battery and wait about 2 minutes then reinsert it again. Also what I would try to do is to flash the firmware on the system as well.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi Sam,

Just the battery step didn't help. After I flashed the firmware on the system, the error was gone.

Thanks for your help.
