how to enable SSH ML3

hi there ,,

Does anybody know how to enable SSH for ML3 ?

Found Users guided does not tell how to ( but there is some event message ... ) 

8014 The SSH Access was enabled/disabled. ( Page 134 ML3 user guide )

So I am sure SSH can be enabled ... please help!
