I hope you are doing well.

One of our client has MD3820F in his office. The device had been configured a long time back and no one remember the IP, user name, and password.

Need your suggestion.

can be accessed through the console port at hope it was logged in else is a problem and you need to reset one controller if there is an option on the controller for that.
