HE: drive broken: needs repair, Exception F3 02 - Error
Hi Team,
We are receiving below error on our Dell PowerVault TL4000 tape library
and there is error code = Code B8 B8 SCD:2
and when I checked on inventory tape, i see warning on the drive 2 with the error bad tape
Could you please give me the solution for this problem? because we have a problem with the robot in DC and DRC with the same error and the backup process is not running normal.
is the problem with the patch drive?

if possible see if you can manually remove the tape from the library front panel.
The tape is either faulty or the drive is in most cases.
