Dell Tl4000 tape library Windows server 2019 compatibility
Hello, we are installing a new Cisco server with Windows 2019 Standard. We have to configure a Dell TL4000 tape library LTO6 that was working fine in a Windows server 2012 (HP Server).
we are having problems with the backup software (Networker) to configure the library, the OS detected the library and is using the Windows generic driver, but Networker says that the library serial number is nor returned.
I found this link and I don't see 2019 listed, could this be a compatibility OS issue?

We are using TL2000/TL4000 under Win 2016-2019 together with Veeam or ARCserve.
Do you have installed the RIGHT! driver (non-exclusive / exclusive.bat)?

Yes I installed the TL4000 windows driver, the non exclusive installer. but same behavior.
Which version is your tape library fimware? Maybe I have to Upgrade.
I see this error on the Networker server, when I scan the devices.
Library found on storage node is not auto-configurable because no serial number is returned.
but there is problem communicating with this library It may be claimed by another driver.
