Dell TL2000 LTO7 Drive Warn or Crit Tape Alert flag

Hello,

our TL2000 is sending every day some errors. Mostly they are like this:

Attention : Drive Warn or Crit Tape Alert flag

Event Code: 0x84 - tape alert
Element number: 0x06, 6
Drive number: 0x01, 1
Tape Alert Flag: 0x03, 3

Event Code: 0x84 - tape alert

Drive number: 0x01, 1
Tape Alert Flag: 0x27, 39

Firmware is up to date. This is causing trouble in our backup software. All the (newly bought) tapes are marked as "retired" and I can't use them again without deleting and re-inventoring them (which causes the same problem).

All tests on the library (web or direct access) are ok and don't show any errors.

I would really appreciate some help
