Just want to know DELL PowerVault MD3200 EOL/EOS days and do have any new device can replace it for after EOL, thanks

Hmmm i think it goes EOS somewhere in late 2013 or so. The successor was the MD34xx/36xx which goes EOS a few years ago as well. The current "ME4" is the replacement in the Dell entry level storage line. But be warned... its a re-bagged product from a different OEM as the old MD3.
