I see that you sent me a private message. I see from your service tag that your system is still under warranty. Have you tried to call into support to see if they can ship you a replacement DVD or make it available for download for you?

What I think my colleague @DELL-Sam L is proposing you is, as the system is still under warranty, to contact Phone Support asking to ship a replacement DVD.

Do you think that is possible for you?

no its not possible for me because i opened a case through dell TechDirect but unfortunately it has not been answered yet , and i cannot contact with him through phone, so if it possible if any one can provide me with the media only and i have a windows license serial to activate it.
