Dell ME4202 Storage could not be provisioned, the configuration was unable to find usable, available disks

Hi,

I am just trying to set up our new Dell ME4024 with VMWare but having some issues. It is quite different from the Equallogics that we currently use. I have followed the set up guide for VMWare and created the two san fabrics. I can ping the nics from the ESXi server to the San ok. I have created two pools as per the default and then created a volume mapped to the ESXi initiator. However, when scanning the storage, the LUN never shows up in VMWare. On firther investigation the volume I have created is saying 

"Storage could not be provisioned, the configuration was unable to find usable, available disks"

Does anyone know how I get past this?
