Dell MD3220i - Isolation of physical disk causing consistency mismatch

we had a power issue and then when power was restored we have been getting this error.

Error - "Isolation of physical disk causing consistency mismatch"

Error Capture.JPG

seems to be only with the disks and Raid Group (raid 6) using enclosure 3.. from the OS point of view using this disk.. there seems to be no issue.

media scan seems to be running in the background.. should that not fix any underlying issues?

is this a controller or chassis issue?

we are running the latest firmware on our unit and disks.

any ideas on how to solve this would be great... thank

Hello leroyl,

It seems that when power was restored that your system may not have powered on in correct order.  What I would do is to power down your MD3220i and all enclosures leave off for 3 minutes then power on.  If you are still getting the error after that then we will need to look at a support bundle to see what is going on with your MD3220i.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Power on the attached storage, then the MD3220i, wait 5 minutes then power on the servers.
