Dell MD1400 - Connecting To Debug Port (Dual RS 232 Driver)

Thank you for taking some time to read over this post!

I currently have a Dell MD1400 that I need to connect to the USB serial interface. However, when I do connect, I am presented with an unknown driver for the USB serial interface (Dual RS232 is what it comes up with in Device Manager). 

I can not find these drivers any where it seems. Has anyone else been able to solve for this?
