Dell MD Dell MD3600I 2 drive failed and LUN is offline
Hello All,
One of my Dell MD3600I storage; enclouser4 (md1200) has 2 failed drives. from this enclouser4 we have a dg group build with RAID5 and it has 3 LUNs. Out of 3 LUNs, one LUN is in failed states, and 2 shows as degraded. I'm going to replace one failed drive now and how do I recover the data and bring back those LUNs online?
Also, I can see one spare drive assigned to this enclosure and wonder why this spare disk didn't take over when the drive failed.

IBM Wood Storage,
We would need a support bundle so that we can see what is specifically going on & know so we know which drive to replace first. Would you be able to pull the support bundle and upload it to https://dell.to/3dXr8gx, and then Private Message me the svc tag used to upload it?
