sorry for bothering you I work in the Ministry of Finance we use a Dell server One disc is not working how can we apply for repair

Hello,

if you ware sure that problem comes from the hard drive, you can contact our support to ask for an estimate of replacement, or you can buy a new hard drive to replace it

hi. the problem is with the hard drive. we have a guarantee. how to return the product under warranty and ask for a new one

  1. A ME40xx is a external Storage and not a Server
  2. There is a label with a ServiceTAG(STAG) printed on. You will find that one also in the WebGUI. The STAG is also printed on the Dell invoice
  3. Depends where youre located(or better the Device) you have to call Dell per phone and have the STAG available. The rest is easy living

Can you please visit https://dell.com/support and insert the ServiceTag of your device? After the site loads again you can see Support options in the lower right... it goes from phone, mail and chat and other options depending on your support warranty.

The site will also tell you if there is support left

I only have one ME4 around .... but for the ME5 we configure "Phone Home" aka SupportAssist to inform Dell about a issue and how to contact us.

Sorry I can't tell. I don't have a list for that. But you need to reach your local Dell support team. I guess you can contact via here. when I choose Uzbekistan from right top this website is opening in Russian https://dell.to/41DAOms;

Hi Joerg, thank you. At first, I doubted whether Uzbekistan was on the embargoed list. but when I search the mails, I see Russia and Belarus embargoed. There is still support for other Russian speaking countries over the Russian language, so I think Baxrom can contact the contact number that comes up by entering the service tag as you suggested. I shared the site about partner information, at least I thought they could help because they knew that area.

i visit the dell support organization last week here in germany and from central europe they also are responsable for nothern africa, east and parts of asia.  We talk about russia and belarus because they have re-colored that world map
The question is if Uzbekistan also effected by US embargos like Russia/Belarus? I hope not.
