Degraded HDD ME4012
I have a problem, but I don't know how to solve it, maybe someone will tell me?
Component ID: Disk 1.2
Health: Degraded
Health Reason: The system determined that the indicated disk is degraded because it experienced a number of disk errors in excess of a configured threshold.

The drive is in a Predicted Failure state, which is when the bad blocks on the drive exceed a specific threshold. What you will need to do, if the drive is still online, is to force the drive Offline prior to replacing. This ensures that the bad blocks on the drive are not carried onto the Virtual DIsk.
