Connecting PowerEdge R540 to TL4000
Hello
I want to connect server PowerEdge R540 to TL4000 by SAS cable.
The server has 12Gb SAS HBA Card with mini-sas hd ports and in Tape Library are 6Gb mini-sas ports
I found "Dell SFF-8088 to SFF-8644 Mini SAS HD" but i don't know which P/N is correct: #6N57X or #YJXMR or some different one ?
Which cable should i buy to avoid any problems ?

Hello Radoslaw,
You are correct this cable should work: #YJXMR -2 Meter, External HD2Mini SAS Cable for 6G SAS Low Profile
Remember it is a one-to-one connection. So, if you have two tape drives, each tape drive would require a connection to the server. No Daisy chaining.
