Can I move MD1200 to another MD3600i?

I have an MD3600i that I think might be failing. It has a few MD1200 connected to it with RAID volumes on each MD1200. Could I disconnect the MD1200's and connect them to another working MD3600i and preserve the data? Or would this wipe the array and data on those MD1200's?
They are the same controllers and the same firmware.
