Applying quotas to PowerVault ME4084
Hello
I have a storage system that is Dell ME4084
the disks are mounted as a VG into a storage node
from that storage node , there is an export as NFS to another HPC into same network
I am wondering about how to do to apply quotas to this NFS from HPC headnode for users and groups
Thanks

Hello dell-OSFHPC,
Thank you for your reply. Some additional information you can also check here:
https://dell.to/3z7fEj7 .
For any customized configuration/deployment you can also contact your Dell EMC representative for specific guidelines. We can also wait for other Dell Community Forum users, maybe they faced with such issue and could share their experience.
Thank you.

Thank You Maria , that was a design for the infrastructure
In my case , the ME40XX is mounted to a storage nodes (dell r740) working as HA cluster
and from this cluster , there is one virtual IP with NFS share , so the HPC nodes are able to communicate with this storage ,
redHat support gave me a link on how to apply Quotas to an NFS share but it was not helpfull as the LDAP (users directory) is not shared with the storage nodes .. It's bit complicated
The one who configured this , was someone from Dell , I did the HPC side part (but it's only NFS client and can not do anything from that side) , and unfortunately I don't have any contact , can you share with me one email for dell storage support ?
I will ask directly
Thanks
