advice to configure volume and pool on ME4 storage

Hi, 

we have bought a powervault me4012 with one expansion and mixed HDD. Four SSD 1.92TB, two ssd 960GB and ten HDD 4TB 7200rp.

So, my intention is to create 3 volume like this

1-> raid 10 four  SSD 1.92TB

2-> raid 10 six HDD and one ssd for cache

3 -> raid 6 with foru hdd and one ssd cache

in this case i should need to create 2 pool and maybe put the raid 10 ssd volume on one pool and other two volumes on other pool? and maybe i can create a mixed volume with ssd and hdd and use tier option? if yes i can force i can force to use a ssd volume for some VM and leave other to use the remaining space on ssd and the HDD volume?
