Does the Powerstore support Ex Clone?
When doing a lookup on the device I can see all but Ex Clone available:
VAAI Plugin Name: VMW_VAAIP_T10
ATS Status: supported
Clone Status: supported
Zero Status: supported
Delete Status: supported
Ex Clone Status: unsupported
No Events found!

Hello popjls,
To clone a PowerStore storage system, you can create a thin clone from a specific datastore. This process allows you to replicate the existing data and configuration of the original storage system. Additionally, you have the option to refresh a datastore using a snapshot and the datastore itself. This action ensures that the data is up to date and synchronized with the latest changes.
Moreover, if you need to restore a datastore on the PowerStore system, you can do so using a snapshot. This feature enables you to revert back to a previous state of the datastore if needed. It's important to note that if there are any Virtual Machines present on the affected datastore after the clone, refresh, or restore operation, you will have to manually register the VM with its files based on your requirements.

Hello Sam, that's not really what I'm after... "E-XCOPY is useful for Storage vMotion and clone workloads that require copying large amounts of data between two datastores hosted by two different storage arrays." Thin cloning isn't going to help with that especially if the arrays are not both PowerStores.
