Powerstore memory alerts not clearing / IO is not ready on the node

Hello,

We have a Powerstore 7000T in the shop currently, booted with 2 memory errors originally so I powered down, re-seated/scrambled them, and booted back up.  I have no new errors, but the original errors are still showing for the same slots as before the reboot.  How do I get these to clear?
Software ver. 3.2.1.0
