Power Store 5200T the disk shelf link went down

Colleagues, good afternoon.

We had a strange problem on Friday.
One of the links of the disk shelf went down for almost a minute. No one physically touched the cables at that time.

Where in the logs can I see information about this error?

Hello sabir-9900,

The event code 0x00307401 indicates that the XMS_FEPORT_PORT_STATE_UP alert has been raised. This alert signifies that the Ethernet FEPort is in a healthy state after previously being down.

Key Details to note:

Alert Status: The port status has transitioned from down_in_use to up.

Context: This alert may occur following temporary issues with the Redfish response while checking the Bluefield port status, particularly in appliances with NVMe expansion enclosures.

System Impact

There are no significant impacts reported on the system when this alert is raised, as it indicates a return to normal operation for the port.

Here is a link to a kb that has some additional details. https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/000296120?lang=en

So you are talking about error code 0x00307404, and I actually have 0x00307401.
In the PowerStore_Events_and_Alerts_Reference_Guide document, I found my error 0x00307401. But there is no information on it. I have attached a screenshot from this document.

And in realese note 4.1.0.0 I did not find that this problem was solved with this error. Please point out where it is written.

It looks like that message is just that the port status changed but not what caused it. Are there any other errors showing?

Hello sabir-9900,

The message you received was in informational message. You will need to look at the same logs before the informational message and see if there are any warning or critical messages, as those will tell you what errors were happening.
