Hi,

Thanks for your question.

Look in the logs for an entry like this to see if the database backed up to a different node. It would have different location IDs.

New database backups can not be created.

If it exists you need to clear space on the node. If not the best option is to call out of warranty support.

@DELL-Josh Cr

Dear,

I would like to inquire about the location of the backup storage and the process for clearing some space, Is this backup stored in the NVRAM disks ?

Logs are stored on the root partition of the OS drives. Deleting things may help, it should try to clear database space automatically. Try running svc_health_check run and see if everything passes. PowerStore: Core Space alerts | Dell US

I’ve seen this error when the backup repository hits its quota—usually due to old snapshots not being pruned. Check your retention policy and clear out unneeded backups via the backup software or manually if safe. Also verify if the storage pool has hard limits set. Expanding the target volume or redirecting to a secondary location might help avoid interruptions long-term.
