Tech Refresh and Migration from VNX to PowerStore

Hi All.

I need an advise and some input from expert here about my planning for tech refresh and migration of my current VNX 5600 storage to new PowerStore 1000T. I already go through some documentation related to migration steps and I need some advise on few things as as below

1) For this activity, in the 1st step if we want to migrate the VNX to PowerStore, is it for the have an option to capture all configuration setting at old VNX box (such as existing VNX network setting, hostname, etc) and the upload it new PowerStore 1000T? Or we still configuration initial setup in the new PowerStore and then only proceed migrate all existing block storage resources in the old VNX storage?

2) Any relevant official documentation from Dell that regarding to information gathering for the tech refresh activity (for migration activity) that I can refer and provided to relevant party to verify all the information?

Highly appreciate any input on this matter as this is my 1st time I will proceed with the migration from other storage to another storage. Thanks
