xms service doesn't start on websphere

Hi,

I installed xms on websphere (8.5.0.2), but i didn't remove com.ibm.ws.prereq.jackson.jar . Because when i remove it, I can't access websphere console. So i did installation without removing. But now xms service doesn't start. Is that because of not to remove the jar?
