PowerPath + Hyper-V + iSCSI + CX4-120 - which license is needed?

Hello, I want to connect Hyper-V servers via iSCSI to a CX4-120. The volumes will be mapped at the physical machine level. I would like to avoid to acquire PowerPath/VE licenses, as they are out of budget. My questions:

What kind of PP license do I need?

Is it enough to use the normal Windows-PP License that comes with Windows?

Is native MPIO a valid option?

Can I use PP without a license, limiting access to a single pair of SP ports?

Thank you for your help!
