Hi! If you check the PowerPath Migration Enabler manual on Powerlink, page 51, this is not supported.

Hello,
Although it is technically possible to perform the migration you may not be able to succsssfully failover the nodes when the migrations are complete. Please reference Primus support article emc268683 "Can I use PowerPath Migration Enabler (PPME) to migrate the quorum in a cluster environment?" for details. Included are links on how to replace your quorum in a Windows environment and additional documentation.
This rule applies to all open system clusters.
Hope this helps.
