is it possible to 'rename' the hdiskpower devices in AIX 5.3
we have 2 vio servers and want to keep the hdiskpower pseudo device numbers in step for both servers. The latest addition of disks has resulted in differing hdiskpower devices after running powermt config. Is there a way to force a device to be a specific hdiskpower number?

Starting with PowerPath 5.3 on AIX the emcpadm utility is now supported, please see emc166911 for full steps on how to use emcpadm utility
