Dell switch S4820T Directory not accessable
Need help.I've already asked a question, and Dell has solved it perfectly. Thanks.I now have another question and hope this one can be resolved. It's the same Dell Force10 S4820T switch. When I request a list of the switch's directories, I get a list, but not a complete one.I type 'dir' and enter, and a list appears. I'm missing certain files. When I try to navigate to a directory from the list, I get a photo message (see photo). For example: cd admin_dirI get the following error message:Current user is not allowed to access the hidden directory. My question is: what should I do? I've entered my user name and password and set the permissions correctly. How can I get the hidden files to appear in the list again? I also want to remove certain directories because they contain files that mess up everything during startup. Please, I need your help. Have already looked in the technical manual.
Thanks.

The problem is solved.
I don't know how to close this Topic.
For those who want to solve this problem.
Upgrade your FTOS to the last version. I have version 9.14.1.14.
Use this command line: restore factory-defaults stack-unit all clear-all
Enter
This command erase all out and start your Switch in Factory default settings.
