Performance threshold array

I have a powermax 2000, when i look into the perfomance dashboard in the section of array there´s a tab named performance threshold, always my section of "Threshold Balance EFD DISK" has "critical an warning" alerts.

Somebody know how can i fix this? or Why i have this alerts?
