NDM Migration from VMAX3 5977 to Powermax 5978 Question

Hello,

Can NDM Migration from VMAX3 - 5977 to PowerMax 5978 be used if the Hosts/Cluster will be  different Host/Clusters on the new target VMAX?

Environment is new target VMAX-5978 with new target ESXi Hosts/Clusters..    Question would be if NDM Must create the new Masking Views on target - or can we just use NDM to move the data only and manually present to new ESXi Hosts/Clusters...   I ask because it appears NDM may only support when the same Hosts/Clusters will remain - and our case both storage and Compute are changing.
