Vanilla RHEL8 build --what Linux steps to take for drivers/sw

We are converting aprox 30 dell servers (various models less than 5 years old) to RHEL8 (terminal - none gui). 

Are there any general instructions we should follow in terms of DELL software and drivers needed?

An IT manager says all that is needed is the service module (to interact with drac), but I am not so sure. 

Truth be told we would like to minimise what is installed and that  includes server administrator.
