Unable to install centos 7.9 on Dell R530

I have to install centos 7.9 in DELL R530 server. Formerly, I had ran centos 6.10 without problems.

Installation from centos image is not an problem.

If I try to boot from PXE image for centos 7.9, he boots and the screen become white. Nothing happens.

I have removed the quiet option from grub options and restart server. He hangs on the message "NET: registered protocol family..."

I try to reboot with option apci=off and he started, But, after installation he detect only on CPU.

Boot mode is "BIOS".

What can be the reason for this problem ?
