T320: How to get rid of OS deployment driver volumes?

I've just used the Lifecycle controller on my new PowerEdge T320 to install Windows Server 2012 R2. Now there are two removable drives that I can't seem to get rid of: MAS022 and OEMDRV. I can eject them but they're back after a reboot. Anyone know how to hide them? Is there some completion procedure I didn't do?

Thanks in advance

Hello

Disk management has limited options for manipulating partitions. You can use diskpart to show, hide, delete, assign/unassign drive letters, or perform almost any other possible action to partitions.

MAS022 is the virtual USB device in the iDRAC. Restarting the iDRAC should disconnect it.

Thanks

The drive is removed automatically after 18 hours. Otherwise, entering and exiting the lifecycle controller will remove it.

Thanks Daniel! By the time I got around to trying this, both drives had disappeared. Looks like it was just a matter of time, or perhaps the iDRAC reset itself...

I had a similar problem with a Poweredge R630.  Rebooting into the lifecycle controller didn't work, and neither did a cold boot nor did waiting for over 18 hours.

Logging on to iDrac8 and resetting it finally did the trick! I have an enterprise license for the iDrac8 and was able to do this remotely.

Adding my 2 cents, hoping it helps others!  Also, not sure if it's a BIOS issue, the server seems to take its time to POST.
