T-150 128GB RAM - unable to get more than 104GB

I've had my T-150 for a year and have been unable to get more than 104GB RAM in the box and still boot past POST.

When I populate only slot A2 the system will not boot.

When I populate only slots A1/A2 (white slots) the system will not boot.

When I populate only slots A3A4 (black slots) the system will not boot.

When I populate slots A1/A2/A3/A4 the system will not boot.

When I populate only one slot in either A1/A3/A4 the system will boot with 32GB RAM.

When I populate only slots A3/A4 the system will boot with 64MB RAM.

When I populate only slots A1/A3/A4 the system will boot with 96MB RAM.

When I populate slots A1/A3/A4 with 32GB and slot A2 with 8GB the system will boot with 104GB RAM.

So anytime I populate slot A2 with 32GB RAM the system will not boot.

Hi, thanks for the detailed information. Please be ensure the memories are supported(UDIMM) and belong to Dell. on page 16 Dell EMC PowerEdge T150 Technical Guide

Please check if it is dual rank memory. Reference link Dell EMC PowerEdge T150 Technical Specifications | Dell US

You can try to reset BIOS settings to default. Sometimes BIOS not recognize new memory.

The other thing might be a physical condition like dust or bent pins on the slot itself.

If you haven't tried another well-known UDIMM on the A2 slot please try it because memory stick could also be defective.
