Supported drives for Dell EMC PowerEdge R640
Hello, we have a Dell PowerEdge R640 server with a PERC H750 RAID controller. Could you please advise which Dell SATA/SAS SSD drives would be compatible with our server and RAID controller?

Hello,
The Dell PERC H750 controller supports a variety of drives, including:
SAS (Serial Attached SCSI) drives
SATA (Serial ATA) drives
SSD (Solid State Drives SAS or SATA )
The controller is compatible with different drive speeds and bandwidths, such as 7,200 RPM, 10,000 RPM, or 15,000 RPM, and 3 Gbps, 6 Gbps, or 12 Gbp
