R710 dell server CPU1 and CPU2 internal error (IERR)
Dear all,
When I turn dell R710 poweredge server on, it reported the error as follows: CPU1 has internal error (IERR), CPU2 has internal error (IERR) on the small LCD display control panel in front of the server. The server cannot be boosted and nothing show on the monitor VGA.
Any one can help me solve this problem?

Hello,
What troubleshooting steps have you taken thus far? If you haven't I would test the server at a minimum to post configuration and see if the behavior changes. The minimum to post configuration would be 1 power supply, the motherboard, 1 DIMM in slot A1, 1 processor (slot 1), risers, and control panel.
If the issue persists at this configuration, you can try substituting power supplies, processors, and memory DIMMs to try to verify the system board's health.
