R630 BIOS recognizes two PCIe NVME SSDs, but S130 does not, why?

This has nothing to do with the question. Our server has the 10 x 2.5" backplane installed along with a PERC H730P, as well as 2 NVMe PCIe SSDs in two of the last 4 bays, connected to a CN-0999FX riser card in PCIe slot 1. 

The problem is, the PERC H730P cannot recognize or work with the NVMe drives, so I am trying to set up the PERC S130 to run a software RAID instead. However, the S130 does not recognize the drives, even though BIOS does.

I'm unable to verify these two are validated for the R630.

Could you post image of both showing the Dell part number (DP/N)
