PowerEdge T430 - SWC0700 iDRAC ERROR
EHello everyone,
I have the PowerEdge T430 server.
When i start it, after the initial checks, it stuck on iDRAC initialization.
Then i get an error:
"UEFI0036: Unable to initialize the iDRAC Shared Memory Architecture (SMA) interface"
When i go to System Setup-> iDRAC Settings i get the message:
"SWC0700: iDRAC is not ready. The configuration Values cannot be accessed"
I bought another iDRAC module for this model but i get the same error. I can boot into eSXi and the server works fine but i can't login to iDRAC settings or save any changes to BIOS.
What should i do?
Thanks in advance

Hello,
it seems an motherboard hardware issue.
Can you try to reset the BIOS with jumpers, following this scheme?

If it doesn't resolve, I'm afraid but we need to replace the motherboard.
Thanks
Marco

Hello again,
I tried that, it changed the way that it boots but exactly the problem still exists. Exactly the same message.
I tried to update the system bios from platform specific bootable ISO. It finished the operation, tried to update the bios but finally it didn't do anything either.
So i can't do anything else?!

Hello,
no other troubleshooting steps to suggest sorry. For me the only solution is to replace motherboard as idrac components are integrated.
Thanks
