Out-of-Band Devices

I recently migrated Dell Open Manage Enterprise from 3.10.x to 4.1.x. This was a complete appliance/VM migration. When we try to run any new or built-in report we get the following error. "No Data Found".

You can try to restore the snapshot of old appliance and confirm if the reports are working before the migration. So first, make sure no issues on original 3.10 appliance and then reattempt upgrade again.
Also validate hardware requirements for 3.10 appliance. CPU cores/memory/HDD

We have done many upgrades, and reports are not getting issues afterwards. If the issue persists, my advice would be to open an official case.

We did verify that the running reports on the old 3.10 appliance was working. We received reports every week from the old 3.10 appliance. Thanks for your support Dell-Young E, I'll get an official case opened on this.

I opened an official case with Dell, and they have a fix for the reports not working issue. Issue has been resolved. 

From Dell open manage enterprise select Application Settings/console preferences/report settings/ set reports row limit from 0, to 1000. 

No Events found!
