I acquired Windows server 2019 16 core STD (RESELLER OPTION KITS)

This Installer is used with a licensed EMC Server I acquired.  What I need to know is how many CAL USER in this windows Server licensed? I tried to contact my supplier and They don't have an idea also how many. 

CAL USER TOO. 

Could you please assist me how can I know the number of CAL USER?

Windows Server 2019 core STD licensing should come with 5 user CALS, but also has an option for 10 CALS, depending on the specific licensing.

Since based on a reseller kit, you may want to reach out to Microsoft for clarification.

I appreciated your feedback, Thank you so much, Is need to Install the 5 Cal User?  I did not find any code to my installer to install the 5 cal. Or Just to configure only?

Hi,

 

How did you purchase the server? Have you tried checking the Dell Digital Locker? Can you check if the CAL is pre-install in the OS, open Server Manager and select the Licensing tab. On the Licensing tab, you’ll see a list of the installed licenses, including the CALs. Each CAL will have a type and a number of licenses.

We purchased our server from the local supplier here in Qatar.  The attached file is the screenshot of RD Licensing Manager.

Hi,

 

You might need to contact the local supplier if there is any CAL key that they would provide to you.
