Disk not recognized by raid controller DELL R410
Good evening, I bought a Dell PowerEdge R410 server and I have two HDDs and one SSD. The thing is that when the server is being turned on, it identifies the disks normally for me, but when I enter the controller to create a raid, the disks do not appear and I get the following message:
not selectable disk is an atapi device
Could someone help me, it's urgent!

Hello did this happen all of a sudden when the system had running just fine?
You can use both RAID mode and Non-RAID mode on S100. Can you tell us if you had RAID?
your service tag says the S100 wasn't included when it was first purchased.
Respectfully,

Hello,
what are the part number of the hard drives?
The ATAPI device listed here is the DVD/CD.
Maybe hard drives are connected to another installed PERC?

My server just stopped. It won't turn on, but when I press the power button, it only shows a flashing orange light. I've already removed all the components, leaving only the motherboard, the processor and a memory stick. I've already removed the battery, waited 30 minutes and put it back in. It's been over a week and I can't solve the problem on my server. Do you have any tips to help me?

Hello, my suggestion at the moment would be that you try another disk. The fault might lie with the disk since it's not being recognized.
