Dell PowerEdge (T410) unable to re-install OS

Dell Community forum
Both of my Dell original optical disks, 250 GB, blew out on the PERC controller S300. I tried to install two optical disks individually that were detected, but I keep getting an error "No Volume Available for Local Repository/" Even when using my Dell T410 install CD's. My hunch tells me it is not a disk issue. See my attached install CD photo. My error photo > 5 MB.

Please offer your hunches. Thank you.

Charles,

thank you for the tip; I will burn it to a thumb drive and drive to boot from it.
