SSD detected as HDD by OS

Hello,

I have several Dell R640s using PERC H740P Mini. I need a mix of RAID and non-RAID drives for OpenShift. I have made 4 RAID0 drives from 4 SSDs but the OS sees them HDDs but it's unclear why. I have 3 stacks that are identical, 2 do not have this problem;

RAID Controller: PERC H740P Mini

Firmware:            51.16.0-4076
SSD Product:      HFS3T8G3H2X069N

Any suggestions on how to make them "show up" as SSDs?
