Recovering deleted disk group on PowerVault MD3420
We're trying to recover an accidentally deleted disk group on PowerVault MD3420, but when we try to use the command recover diskGroup, or recover virtualDisk "XXX", there are syntax errors, circling back and fourth that the command is not supported.
LLMs say that the command is behind a restriction wall, i.e. it can only be run by dell technicians with the controller in service mode.
Firmware is 08.10.08.60.
Any help would be appreciated

Hello,
Recovering a deleted disk group on a Dell PowerVault MD3420 is restricted and cannot be performed using standard CLI commands unless the array is placed into Dell Service Mode, which is accessible only by Dell Technical Support.
These commands: Cannot be executed from the GUI or script editor. Require controller access in service mode. Are intended for use by Dell Support personnel only.
I would recommend to contact Support directly. If you are not in warranty then you can ask about a Post Standard Support contract to work the issue.
