R640 is stuck in "collecting system inventory".

I have this R640 that was rebooted due to memory error, the error disappeared after I rebooted it, but still missing a few network interfaces upon boot up. I rebooted it again, and this time it seems to stuck in "Lifecycle Controller: Collecting System Inventory..." screen for a long time (close to 40 minutes now...)

What could be the problem here for staying in this screen for such a long time?  There is nothing in the iDRAC "system event logs" other than the previous memory error. No error/warning in "Lifecycle log" either .

Is there any other logs/action can be checked to see what's going on with the "stuck session"?
