Hello,
please can you check the physical connection with the controller?

Hello thanks for choosing Dell and welcome to our community.
For now I think we need to know if the card "Dell E2K-UCP-61-B PowerEdge PERC 6i Raid Controller Dual Channel" is recognized during POST.
You can press CTL R to enter the controller BIOS.
Let us know what you see.
Respectfully,

Hi, first of all, thanks for the help, but sadly it does not get recognized. There is no option to press Control + R with this RAID controller, whereas with the other RAID controller, that option is available.

@DELL-Marco B Hi,
I’ve looked at the pictures, and it seems the card uses a different slot (PCI), closer to the front (I consider the front to be where the drives are). I had placed it all the way at the back. When I get home, I’ll switch it around

@DELL-Marco B Hi,
I connected the card as shown in the photos, but now the screen displays: "Invalid PCIe card found in the internal storage slot! System halted." If I had to guess, this means the card can’t be used. Is there any way around this?

Yes if it is well connected it seems that there is an hardware issue with the card

Oké, I’ll see if I can find a new one.
