I should mention this is for a R220 and I have tried updating via LifeCycle Controller but cannot locate the required catalog.

This is working as designed 12Gen server no longer supported for catalogs.

"Note: Dell PowerEdge 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th Generation servers have reached end of support life, new catalogs do not carry content for these platforms."
 
4TB is supported assuming you are using Dell drives.

Hi, actually it's hard to say for us without a Dell P/N. I mean we can't make a comment non-Dell certified parts. It can be but we don't know.

Is there anyway to get firmware upgrade packages for the PowerEdge H310 beyond 20.12.1-0002 ? I believe there are 20.13.1-0002, then 20.13.2-0006 and finally 20.13.3-0001  ?

I can only find for mini blades servers DELL PERC H310 Mini Blades Firmware release 20.13.1-0002 | Driver Details | Dell US

DELL PERC H310 Mini Blades Firmware release 20.13.2-0006 I couldn't find the other firmware you mentioned.
