PERC H310 Mini in R720 Firmware
Hello - I'm trying to upgrade firmware on my H310 Mini controller, but can't find the software anywhere; I'm attempting to address an issue where I've created a 2-disk RAID-1 VD, can see the device when trying to install Windows Server (as well as create partitions on the disk [or so it seems]) but it fails during the install task, never actually writing to the disk. Currently running 20.12.0-0004 (never been updated since install in ~2014), and there's a non-zero chance I'm just doing something wrong, but any help would be appreciated.

Hello,
I'm not finding the download for that file but it is still in the SUU.
DELL Server Update Utility (SUU), Windows 64 bit Format, v.22.11.00

1. Download the Full ISO file.
2. Use ISO mounting software and mount the downloaded iso image.
3. Browse to the folder for the file:
/repository/FOLDER03982723M/1/SAS-RAID_Firmware_YP0NF_WN64_20.13.3-0001_A11.EXE

Thanks, Charles - that package seemed valid, although it "failed" the install according to the Job Queue (I use quotes because the firmware version updated to 20.13-001-A11). I have marked your reply as an answer, but unfortunately it also didn't seem to fix my problem (Windows still will not install). I'll do some more testing, and will likely put up another post for the larger issue.

I ended up mounting the SUU to a remote Linux LiveUSB and once I updated the firmware on the SAS drives everything started working. Thanks again, Charles!
