ID PE26350 failed disks

Hello,
Old PE2650 that works great + PERC3 + 2 raid1 + hot spare
The disks on the PE2650 front panel are labelled 0-5, with different blink rates and colors

Looks like I got two bad disks.
The hot spare I guess was in slot 3 - both leds are dark - which I'm guessing I can hot swap and the raid will find and use it.
Is the other disk slot 1 on the top left?  It's bottom LED is blinking fast amber and the top one dark.

I struck out finding the docs explaining what the lights mean and mapping to the megarc printout.

The GUI to make it easy stopped working after a rhel update years ago
Can you ID the two slots with the bad disks? Thanks

Good
